Channels buffering or not loading?

  • Restart the app and the device, then refresh the playlist in the app settings.
  • Check the login details for typos or extra spaces — copy and paste them from the email.
  • Run a speed test; if it is under 10 Mbps, move the device closer to the router or use a cable.
  • Pause big downloads and game updates on other devices during live games.
  • If your internet provider slows down streaming in the evening, a VPN can help.
